BMI – measurement of height, weight and calculation of Body Mass Index

Near, Distance and Color Vision (please bring your spectacles with you if you wear them)

Pulse and Blood Pressure Measurement

Lung Function Test

Audiogram (Hearing Test)

Completion of a Patient Health History Questionnaire

Consultation with an OGUK registered doctor.
