MOHS is an en experienced health surveillance provider.
Regulation 11 of the COSHH regulations 2002
Paragraph 1 of Regulation 11 states:
"where it is appropriate for the protection of the health of his employees who are, or are liable to be exposed to a substance hazardous to health; the employer shall ensure that such employees are under suitable health surveillance"
The regulations go on to advise:
"Normally health surveillance programmes would be initiated and carried out under the supervision of a registerd medical practitioner and preferably one with relevant occuaptional health experience"
